Andy has been serving the Centre Region landscape industry for over 30 years. He oversees project management and quality control. His experience provides the rest of the company with the leadership to execute projects in an efficient and professional manner.

Caleb is a Juniata Valley High School graduate who served for nine years in the United States Army, seven of which were active duty as a Combat Military Police Officer. In his spare time, Caleb operates his family beef farm in Petersburg, PA, raising registered Shorthorn and Angus cattle. Caleb has joined LandServ as a Construction Crew Leader in our Commercial Division. His positive attitude, experience, and strong work ethic make him a valuable asset to the team.

Evan graduated from the Penn State Landscape Contracting Program in 2010. He started his own company shortly after graduation and merged with LandServ in 2014. He now oversees all of the company's divisions and assists project managers with scheduling, design/build, and staffing. Evan's commitment to quality is a driving factor in LandServ's determination to exceed client expectations.

Shane joined LandServ in 2023 after relocating to State College from Phoenix, Arizona, where he owned and operated a successful deck construction company. At LandServ, he oversees every aspect of the Structures Division construction process, from initial design to installation management. Shane’s expertise and positive attitude make the construction process smooth and enjoyable for everyone involved.

Tyler is a 2014 graduate of the Penn State Landscape Contracting Program and joined LandServ in 2013. Tyler manages the commercial construction division by orchestrating projects from the initial estimating process all the way through to project completion. His dedication to detail is a trait seldom found in the realm of commercial construction; this distinction has propelled the division to become a specialized entity that is often sought out to work all over Pennsylvania.

Alex, a 2012 graduate of Penn State’s Landscape Contracting Program, has been immersed in landscape maintenance and turf management since earning his degree. With over 15 years of industry experience in Centre County, he has a deep understanding of what it takes to create and execute successful maintenance plans. Alex works closely with crews and property owners to ensure the properties under our care look exceptional year-round.

Jeff began his career in the green industry in 1999, gaining extensive experience in planting, hardscape design, and the creation of distinctive ``outdoor rooms.`` These unique spaces seamlessly blend plantings, walls, patios, and walkways to deliver exceptional value to clients. Since joining LandServ in 2017, Jeff has designed and executed numerous custom projects, consistently focusing on innovation and ensuring a positive experience for clients and collaborators alike.

All I know is that Evan and his team donated their own labor and machine time in clearing the Houserville Community Garden’s monstrous weed pile at the end of the 2023 growing season—and doing a thorough job of it. Their work saved garden members a bunch of man-hours, sweat, and probably even some skin rashes (owing to the topical irritation that our weed pile’s plentiful pokeweed can cause).

The LandServ company has done several projects at our house. We have been very happy with the quality of their work. Our landscaping looks so much better than in the past, and our deck is amazing!
