We Are Hiring a Hardscape Crew Leader! 

Are you ready to be a part of a winning team creating amazing outdoor spaces? Our State College-based landscape company is seeking individuals with experience in the hardscape construction trade to join our team for the 2025 season. We need applicants who have experience with excavation, layout, patio and wall installation, as well as and understanding of crew leadership and jobsite management. Experience with concrete work, sitework, and a CDL are not required but will impact your hourly rate.

Our company installs a variety of projects from residential backyard upgrades to large-scale commercial hardscapes. We're seeking a leader with a hardscape skill set to run a crew for our growing company.

Requirements:

• Valid PA driver's license.
• Minimum 3 years in the exterior construction industry.
• A good work ethic and attitude.
• Reliable transportation to and from our State College shop every day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
